Bill Brittan began the practice of law in 1982 working for an insurance defense firm in Chicago, IL. He continued to practice in Chicago until 1996, primarily focusing on tort litigation, products liability and complex commercial litigation. In 1996, Bill and his family moved to Denver and became a partner with the firm. Since that time, Bill has continued to practice in the areas of general tort, products liability and complex commercial litigation. He also has had experience in broker malpractice and employment litigation since that time.
Bill’s practice over the years has included dozens of trials to juries and to the court, appellate work, representing clients in arbitrations and other Alternative Dispute Resolution proceedings. Bill has represented both plaintiffs and defendants, individuals and corporations in his practice. His representation of his clients involves a very “hands on” approach to all litigation matters.
