He regularly assists the nation’s largest commercial lenders in loan transactions around the country in single lender transactions and as agent or lender in syndicated transactions. Transactions typically include financing for operations, construction, mergers and acquisitions, in amounts in the range of several million up to and occasionally exceeding a billion dollars. Client representations have also included workout, bankruptcy and enforcement litigation. Clients represented include U.S. Bank, Fifth Third Bank, Great Western Bank, Rabobank, N.A., Rabo Agrifinace, Wells Fargo Bank, KeyBank and Zions First National Bank.
