Bruce E. Rohde

Bruce has been practicing law for over 36 years. He was born in Fargo, North Dakota and grew up in Minnesota before his family moved to Colorado in 1971. After his graduation from the University of Colorado with honors in 1978 and then the University of Colorado School of Law in 1981, he joined the boutique litigation firm of Davis and Ceriani where he became a partner. Over the years, Bruce has tried well over one-hundred jury trials in state and federal courts as lead counsel covering a wide range of matters, including complex commercial litigation, real estate, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, lender liability, construction defects, wrongful death, personal injury and legal and medical malpractice. In addition to his courtroom experience not only in Colorado but throughout the Country, Bruce has extensive appellate experience, including at the United States Supreme Court. Bruce has consistently achieved impressive results for his clients and delivered numerous eight-figure settlements, jury verdicts and judgments. Prior to joining CKBR, Bruce co-owned and operated his own law firm for eight years. His civil litigation practice has remained diverse and includes a wide variety of both business and personal matters. Bruce is a hunter and fisherman and also enjoys four-wheeling, skiing, golfing and scuba diving.
