Benjamin Parrott (“Ben”) joined the firm as an associate in 2009 and practices primarily in the areas of real estate, commercial leasing, corporate law, and hospitality. He regularly represents sellers, purchasers, landlords, tenants, and lenders in real estate transactions of all kinds and sizes. He also serves as general counsel to a national hotel management company, and advises several corporate clients and nonprofit organizations in a similar capacity. More than anything, Ben strives to achieve a fair deal for his clients without “overlawyering” the transaction. Ben has a B.A. from William Jewell College in Liberty, Missouri, and a J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law in Boulder, Colorado. He is licensed to practice in the State of Colorado.
