Practice Experience:

Phillip A. Parrott (“Phil”) joined the firm in 2008. He practices in the areas of Banking, Real Estate, Business Law, White Collar Crime and Commercial Litigation.
Phil is Senior Vice President – Counsel for a local private equity firm.

Prior to joining Campbell Killin Brittan & Ray, LLC, Phil was a Chief Deputy District Attorney in charge of the Economic Crime Unit of the Denver District Attorney’s Office and, later, a part-time Deputy District Attorney assigned to that Unit. He was a partner at the law firm of Kirkland and Ellis and a shareholder at Montgomery Little Young Campbell & McGrew.

Education:

Phil graduated from Colorado State University (Highest Distinction; Phi Beta Kappa) and received his degree of Juris Doctor from the University Of Colorado School Of Law (Order of the Coif).
